Sorry for the issue with the error. Have you tried a
Power cycle on the console? Also when doing a hard reset unplug the power cord from the console for 10 seconds. After the 10 seconds plug back in. Try these and let us know. Can also try uninstall and reinstall the game.

Many thanks for your reply, Brad. We have tried the power supply resetting but couldn't resolve the issue. If we uninstall Roblox, will we lose the progress and after reinstalling we will have to start from scratch?
