    HOW TO FIX 0x83860012 ERROR CODE???


    I've tried everything I know that would fix this issue. Hard reset my console, made sure the internet was good, removed my account and re added it, cleared local data, after all that didn't work I factory reset my console and redownloaded all the games. Still didn't work, It'sbeen about a week since this error code has been happening. I've done everything and nothing has fixed it. I can't play anything it's occurs on every game. It will say data syncing then the error code pops up... Please help me get a fix.

    If you try using a different profile / account in your Xbox console
    The same message appears when you try to open the games?

    Unfortunately it didn't work doing that either. I've done everything you've told me plus more and I just keep getting syncing data and then the error code. It makes no sense.

    I see, I can advise you one more thing:

    This is perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.
    For this you need a USB and PC to format it and transfer files provided in the link below (with detailed steps and requirements ):

    **If you indeed have an insider build installed please leave the program before that.

    If the issue persist after that, the other option is perform a full factory reset deleting everything (your progress , purchased and everything is backed up in the cloud. You need to reinstall the games)
