    How to fix 0x8007045d when installing Call of Duty Modern Warfare?


    Had problems loading the game.

    Checked for updates and found none available. The game when loaded is telling me to purchase it.

    I have a disc copy

    tried deleting and reinstalling the game.

    The console keeps giving me 0x8007045d error. Found someone’s write up on another Xbox forum and followed.

    Hard restarted the Xbox

    Cleared cache

    Cleared persistent memory

    Reset the Xbox in its entirety.

    Still failing to install and will throw the error code again.

    Please try this: (eject the disc from your console)
    Download in your mobile phone the Xbox app > select the search icon and look for modern warfare > press on install and the download should start after a couple seconds in your console

    Once downloaded insert the disc and check if you're able to play the game

    Why is it whenever I put my Modern Warfare 2 Cross Gen disc into my Xbox it doesn’t even start to install or even show up in the Queue? (I just bought the game.)

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.
