    I've been comm bann from strange GTA 5 online players. These players can get weird. I need help with the enforcement department but they are unavailable. Why even have this department if you can't contact them. It's just problems waiting to happen.

    No, do NOT call that number. They will not tell you anything about why your account has been banned. If you want to find out why an account has been banned, visit the account bans forum.

    yes but that is only to find out why an account has been banned/suspended or why a score was reset/cheater branded. but if there is no enforcement taken on your account they may not even reply or send a reply to the email associated with your account.
