how to find out what size hard drive in xbox one s

The best way to see what the size is of the console is to check your storage space in the settings as mentioned by Jeremy.

Keep in mind that the operating system takes some of the space of the hard drive.

When you register the console online it will show the consoles standard storage. Register your device at

Account.microsoft.com/devices/ (Will Not show available or used storage)

Also, you can go to the storage option on your console.

3. Storage> Then look at the available storage.

ok so would you guys be able to tell me what gen your xbox one is? i know my xbox one is first gen and also what size is your hard drive 500mb or 1TB? thats kind of what im looking for here, so i can find out whats going on. and lastly are your guys using
a external hard drive?

$60 sounds a little cheap for a hard drive. Was this for the S console or the old FAT console? What is the size of the drive?
