How to find Minecraft Launcher install location

Minecraft is currently undergoing a migration with its Java edition that might be affecting what you are doing. Things like installation directories or other items might have caused an issue with this application. We also don't support the application itself or any issues that may arise from its use. My recommendation is to reach out to Optifines publisher and see if they can give you any advice. They have a discord, twitter, and reddit channel they regularly checkup that might be able to help.

why didn't you give the default install location, at least?

We recommend trying to install Minecraft through the Minecraft Launcher located in the Xbox app instead of the Microsoft Store. Launch the Xbox app and verify that you’re signed into the account that owns the game. After, search for Minecraft. There you will find Minecraft for Windows + Launcher.

Log on the Microsoft store app and Xbox app on that account, install the Minecraft launcher, that's how you will find it on the store and on the launcher select the Bedrock edition of the gamez it will install it and you will be able to play

When i try to it says "There’s a problem with Minecraft Launcher. Reinstall the application from its original install location or contact your administrator."
