How to file complaint with Microsoft

How do I contact Microsoft to see if they can send me a new Elite 2 Controller?

This will be the 4th time (yes 4) that I've sent in my xbox elite 2 controller in 3 months. Three times it's been sent back with some kind of defect. Stick drift, right trigger popping really hard when pushed (so bad that when I'm on the phone people can hear me playing), the left stick not even working when it was sent to me, and now the right stick sticks and pops when pushed down like you're looking down. It's like the workers don't even check if the controller works or not before sending it out. I've gone without a controller for 3 months now due to this issue.

I need to talk to customer support. I've sent in my controller 4 times already. Each time it gets sent back broken and in worse condition that original. Now I can't send it back at all. I rather pay to have it repaired correctly since no one knows how to check the controllers before sending them out. This is bs support to get a broken controller fixed when all they do is send out another broken controller. $180 controller that I can't use.

I'm not sure if Activision has a system in place to file a complaint on gamers, but you can try contacting them about that. But you would also want to file a complaint with Microsoft as well. Just follow the link Mad Cow gave you on how to file a complaint.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with customer support. In this case being that you have received a communication from the agent I would suggest responding to the email and requesting a call or simply request a callback from
Xbox Customer Support and refer to the email that was received, Provide the previous case information and you should be able to get help with this.
