You can call support and ask for a supervisor even a manager

If it is a complaint about enforcement it does not fall under support

You can only file an appeal at https://enforcement.xbox.com

As mentioned you can't file against the per ream with support

They are a completely different department

You can however file directly thru the enforcement site

Since you are claiming about unauthorized access only an unauthorized access case is your only route to lift the permanent suspension

Because you gotta prove it wasn't

If you are getting reports via email never trust any links they provide signing in on any of those links could be phishing attempts

Well no you can't contact support for permanently banned accoumt you would have to file an appeal using a desktop or non chrome browser

However first you need to ask for an unauthorized access case
