    How to extend expiration date on Microsoft Rewards account ?


    Hi I had about $13 in credit on my account. I went to use it on 4/20/23 and found that it apparently had expired on 4/13/23. How do I extend the expiration date on the credit so I can use it? thanks.

    You can't. Per the terms of the offer, once you redeem points for credits, they're only good for 90 days.

    Keep in mind that any funds from promotions or the Rewards program has an expiration date. If they were from the Xbox Rewards program, they expire 1 year after deposit. If they were from the Microsoft Rewards program, they expire 90 days after redemption.
