    Hi Didisiisia, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    I apologize but that will not be possible since it has been clipped already. You can manage how long it will clip next time by following the steps below:

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then go to Profile & system > Settings > Preferences > Capture & share.

    Im trying to record game clips on my xbox and the xbox records the wrong things, eg i should be recording a 15 second long clip but it is showing it as 6 seconds not the full length

    You can change the length of the clips to be recorded in the settings.
    If you want longer clips I recommend increasing the time to maybe 30 seconds.

    thank you! I love hearing the positive side as well. As for the Game DVR there are settings for pre-set clip lengths. You can set it to be many different variants. Just snap GameDVR and you can find the settings for the Xbox Record That clip length.

    Hi

    To adjust the game clip recording length on the console please go to the guide then select Settings / All Settings / Preferences / Game DVR & streaming and in this menu you will see the option of "Record that" records.

    Hopefully this is the setting you are looking for.
