how to enable Xbox voice chat in backgroud on pc gamebar

At the moment there is no official announcement about this functionality inside Xbox game bar, sorry

May I know if you tried lowering your Mic sensitivity using the windows sound properties?

Open Control Panel and view all the items in Category.

Click Hardware and Sound > Sound.

Right-click the microphone that has a sensitivity issue and choose Properties.

Under the Levels tab, make sure it is set to 100 if the sound output is low and you need to adjust your vocal distance from the microphone itself. If the sound is loud, reduce the level until it satisfies you

Also, you can enable some audio enhancements to see if that makes the differences

As far as I know, there is currently no option for noise suppression, but it's worth suggesting it on Xbox Feedback.

As of June 12, 2022, there has been no announcements of these changes being implemented to the Xbox gamebar.

As another reply suggested, the best way to get your voice heard is through providing providing feedback to the Xbox team.

Yes, the gamebar is made to be used during gameplay as you can quickly bring it up and it overlays over the game. You just right-click on your friends and can easily join a voice chat, join a game or send invites. Microsoft has been improving it a lot recently.
I enjoy using it.

So if it is your router it could be that you need to enable UPNP, or sometimes disabling it and re-enabling does the trick. If this still doesn't work your last resort can be setting up DMZ on your router to point at your pcs IP address.

Ok thats what I thought but I dont realy understand the decision.

First of all: Wich App should I use now? The Xbox App or the Gamebar? There are two Apps installed on Windows that have the xbox Party Feature and both of them are lacking in different Features. In the beginning I used the Xbox App, but than oneday all Party
and Game Invitations only appeared for the Xbox Game Bar even when it was disabld in Windows-Settings. That made me switch to the Gamebar. In the Gamebar i was missing Features like seeing who is in a friends party and they adde back a private Voice chat like
on Xbox 360 wich made zero sense. on the Xbox App on the other hand I cant see my friends beeing in a party in the friendlist anymore, also it has no voice overlay and as I mentioned before I get all the Invites for the Game bar even if disabled.

Edit: Also I wanted to mention its still possible to start partys with the xbox app on PC, Smartphone and tablet so why removing the feature for PC players from the Gamebar?
