Koenter, the Crusader King 3 version that is included on Game Pass does not come with the DLCs, okay? There is the Royal Edition but that is not the version included on Gamepass.

The only DLCs that cannot be bought are " Fashion of the Abbasid Court " " Garments of the Holy Roman Empire " " Elegance of the Empire " because they are not sold separately, so they are probably pre-purchased DLCs or they come with Royal Edition.

With that being said, I consulted my Game pass, and Crusader Kings 3 does not include the DLCs on the Game pass and they need to be bought separately, okay? That is why they cannot be installed without being bought.

I have not bought the DLC it says they are included with gamepass.

On the xbox app it says it is included with gamepass. And when i click on the DLC i cant install it only buy it.

First of all, I would recommend that you check if the DLCs are purchased on the same account as you are trying to play and if they are properly installed.

You can check the DLCs on PC Gamepass by entering the game page that you want to check the DLCs and scrolling down, there will be all the DLCs. Depending on the game, sometimes DLCs must be downloaded individually.

If everything is bought and properly installed I would recommend uninstalling the game and DLCs and installing again.

Must keep in mind that in some games you must reach a certain point of the game to access DLCs too.
