recently like about 3 days ago chose to 'Reset But Keep Games and Apps' because it was slow, but I have almost 600+GB of storage so i thought it might help and it did...kinda but is not to bad no more thankfully, but i wanna play some of the games i downloaded from 'Backwards Compatible' and I was able to until I reset the Xbox and now I launch my backwards compatible game then wait for it to start up and press both the 2 middle little buttons, (All the next stuff is through the "Xbox 360" menu) and it takes me to the other options I select 'Download Profile' and it takes me to another screen that says 'Download Profile' I select it and then it tries to connect to the wifi.....but never seems to be capable of doing, not even a little bit, it won't connect to the wifi there for I can't re-download my Xbox 360 account....is there another possible way to get my 360 account onto my One S

Also, I’m having the same issue playing my 360 games on my Series S, my Xbox Live account won’t download onto any 360 game on my Series S.

Then how can I get all my movies and my account on my 360 moved onto the xbox one? We have an xbox one in another room.

I just tried uninstalling, and the same issue is occurring, I think the way to fix this problem is to download the account onto the Xbox 360, but I get the same problem when I try to download my profile onto my Xbox 360
