How to download M game?

I'm trying to get just cause 3 but it wont let me on the store since im 15 and its rated M. PLEASE help.

Can't download demo because of age.

I can't download an M-rated game because xbox keeps claiming my account can't download anything like that. But I have been able to before, so why is it doing it now and how do I fix it? I have checked family settings, and they are off. I own M-rated games
and they play fine, even the downloaded ones, so why can't I download an M-rated demo?

making a nonadult account adult

how do i make an account that isnt an adult adult i watched the video that tells u how but i dont have the option to and when i try to change my settings to allow me to download rated M demo's and i try to download one it says this account is not permitted
but i can download rated M arcade games but not regular xbox 360 any idea what i can do?

You must have an account of 18+ to download M (mature rated game). In the status which it is your account can't download M rated games.

You would have to have your parental controls adjusted to allow you to purchase mature content.

Figured it out. Just add account and switch age. While the account is different you don't have to mess with parent accounts and it only takes a minute.

you should be allowed to download M rated games and add on content as long as the parental controls allow it, but what you cannot download on a child account is demos for M rated or RP (ratings pending) games or videos.
