How to download game

The installation process should begin automatically as soon as the disc is inserted.

Let´s first try clearing your local saved games

Eject the disc from your console.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage devices.

Select Clear local saved games.

Note: Selecting this option will not delete any games or progress you have saved in the Xbox cloud. It will only clear data you have saved locally.

Select Yes to confirm.

Once your console restarts, try installing the game again.

You must have an account of 18+ to download M (mature rated game). In the status which it is your account can't download M rated games.

Download time can vary depending on how you're connected and your internet connection. There is no specific amount of time it should take.

They will review the request and let you know if you qualify for a refund.
