    Hello i want somebody to solve this problem. After i bought the xbox game pass and decided to download forza horizon 4. i download just over 4 percent before my internet adapter shut itself down and didn't let me download anymore until i restart my computer, it fixed the problem everything is working fine but i tried download the game again and i kept getting error 0x80242020 message, i try countless of time to redownload this game but none of these solutions from the website seem to be working for me. is there any way i can delete this corrupt game? is there any way i can restart this download to continue my downloading again? Please help thx how to download forza horzion 4 game on xbox game app after the download being corrupted by... :(

    Forza Horizon 5 is not able to download to an external drive.

    All of my Microsoft and Xbox games are downloaded on my external drive including the previous Horizon, which is Forza Horizon 4. I changed where new apps are stored when downloaded from the Microsoft store to my external drive but it still wont download Forza Horizon 5 to my external drive. On the Xbox app it wont show my external drive as an option to download to. I am able to download any game from the Microsoft store and Xbox app to my external drive except Forza Horizon 5.

    Just update on situation; I just installed forza Horzion 5 and it’s running fine. So I can’t see it being anything to do with game service or anything.
