How to download COD bundle that came with series X purchase

I bought it direct from Microsoft - they had an offer on where they included COD MWIII, I’m trying to find out how to now download it.

If it was used then you wouldn't be able to use the code anyways it's the risk you take when buying used

Refurbished means they returned it

There is no guarantee they didn't use the redemption and if used that's it

You can download your account and goto settings and included with console to see if it was claimed or not in most.instances used consoles already had the codes redeemed

Thanks for the reply - it’s been sorted now thank you. Microsoft credited the account so it could be purchased from the store as a gift.

I am very sorry for the problem you are going through, with the intention of being able to help you I did an internal search in the Microsoft forum and found a publication by Gerardo C., an independent advisor, where he mentions the steps to solve this purchase problem, try to see with this method and I thought it was good information, which you should take into account:

If everything appears in order, please perform the following procedure on your console:

- First of all, make sure that you log in to the same Microsoft account that purchased the game and that you are not doing it from a different one.

1. In your console settings, go to the "Account" section and select the "Delete accounts" option and choose the account in question. This will delete your profile from the console but you will not lose any of its data, don't worry. .

2. With the Xbox on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely.

3. Unplug the power cord from the console and wait 30 seconds.

4. Reconnect the power cable to your console and turn it on normally.

5. Then add the account back to your console so that all your profile information is downloaded again, it won't take long.

6. Check if the problem persists, if so, please reset your console to its factory settings, keeping your games and applications as follows:

Go to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset Console > Reset and keep games and apps.

This way your console will be reconfigured and you will have to add your account again. No game or application will be deleted, nor will you lose the progress of any game since these are saved in the Xbox Cloud.

From what I can tell, to access the Series X version of the game, you need the Cross-Gen bundle...once you buy that, you should then be able to download and install the Series X version. Without the cross-gen bundle it will, presumably, just install the XB1 version

After upgrade purchase, search in the Xbox store for the Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War - Cross-Gen Bundle to install the Xbox Series X|S version of the game."
