How to do voice chat after being reported? How to fix this problem?

I was playing fortnite with my 3 friends, while we was playing, someone join our %ame, calling us trash and saying rude words to us, also cussing at us. I was mad so I said someone rude back. I kicked him our our lobby, he joined back saying he was going to report me. He then said some rude words. I realized he was xbox so I texted him through words that he told us. He got mad and reported me. Now I can't talk to my friends through the game. Can you

please help me with the problem. How do I fix this?

Hello Timothy, sorry to hear you've been suspended.

Unfortunately we are unable to help with enforcement issues. You would have been sent a message to the email associated with your account that gives more info on the suspension though. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders just in case.

You can also log in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to see the reason and duration of the action as well as open a case review with the PET if available.

Please note that a case review is only available for suspensions longer than 24 hours and the PET can take up to 48 hours to respond.

How do they even enforce voice communications? Messages is one thing as you can screenshot it/there is a copy of it somewhere to work from....voice chat, on the other hand, is a "they said/they said" scenario with no way of proving something either way. I'm curious to know how they separate the legitimate abuse reports versus the "reported because I beat them" reports.... after all, someone could beat you so you file a report saying they told you to f off etc etc. Seems there's no way to enforce it properly

No matter how many times it takes report report REPORT. Dont engage as far as voice chat. Dont respond to any messages. Block and report!!!!
