How to do I change balance audio?

So I'm trying to stream through my pc (looking at my xbox through my pc) but when I start something up like Ark Or Fortnite the music is loud as heck. Sidenote I'm using the turtle beach stealth 600 that's connected to the pc via adapter and the only thing
that changes volume on the headset is the party chat volume adjuster. So what that means is that when I'm in a party (Using the Xbox one companion app) and I start streaming at the same time the game audio over rules the party audio of my friends talking and
It destroys my ears. Fix?

You can try to use the Windows Gamebar mixer "Windows + G" to check the levels or use the system EQ.
