How to disconnect hacked & blocked Ms account from Playstation Network?

Also - if the account is deleted/ blocked by you, why is ot still connected to PS Network? Anyway, my goal is to use Minecraft Dungeons again with PSN.

That being said, if you allow me, your son can create a new PSN account and link a new Microsoft account in order to keep playing Minecraft Dungeons.
Please note that it's not required to repurchase the game, and actually, you just need to make sure the game sharing feature on the PlayStation console is enabled.

Additionally, I regret to inform you, but even if the account was deleted/hacked, this doesn't mean that you will be able to link a different Microsoft account to your PSN account. The linking process is permanent, regardless of what happens to the Microsoft account.

I understand your feelings regarding the assistance in recovering a Microsoft account. However, if we talk about the assistance for hacked and lost accounts, Microsoft support has limited tools. So, I don't think that they don't care or ignore you, instead, this is a limitation they have and as far as I'm concerned, no one at Microsoft can change account information or bypass these restrictions.

Ok, so let me summarize -

1. my son can open another PSN account and he does not need to buy the game again (the game is online, not CD).

2. If the support said once I will not get the account back, they will not even look into this case again, right? There's no point proving that I paid for the features in Minecraft or had 3-years X-box game pass, which I lost forever, along with the Microsoft account - true?

3. And one last question is WHY? Why they completely do not care? My son almost stopped playing Minecraft at all. We feel ignored, that's one of the worst feelings clients can have.
