    one day i was playing Xbox and i decided to get off and i didn't disconnect it and now i cant disconnect the headset so my brother is playing and now i can only here his game play not my computer and it is driving me insane. thank you in advance.

    Same with me. I have artic 9x. Update the firmware for the headset (connect to comp and search for firmware update). Once I did that all controller issues resolved.
