How to delete NPDTASK.SYS?

you shouldn't delete any files ending in ..sys because that's a system file

You need to contact Roblox about this problem so that they can patch the game. Rather than deleting things on your computer at random

You can't.

By formatting your hard drive you have deleted everything.

You can redownload any downloaded games,dlc etc from your download history in the account section on the dash but your saves are gone i'm afraid.

In future it's always best to start your own thread instead of bumping old ones.

Go to the system settings and select storage. Then choose the games and apps folder and delete the contents from your device.

I have twice uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It leaves the starter games on the menu but not others. Didn't lose points or games. If you still want to play games you've purchased just download them again.
