How to delete jigsaws catalogs already finished

Tell me how to delete completed jigsaw puzzles

Does anyone know how to delete jigsaw puzzle collections when they are completed.. It is one of my favorite games, but when I download them and can't DELETE them .. I don't want to use all my space for puzzles..

PLEASE HELP ME DELETE THE COMPLETED JIGSAW PUZZLES.

Do the following at your own risk (however, it worked for me).

1) Go to File Explorer for C: drive

2) Search for "DownloadedPuzzles" (don't type " and it isn't case sensitive)

3) Your list of puzzle collections should be there.

4) Delete the collections you are finished with.

Not an official answer but, I had this issue sometime back and found the following on a forum.

This is at your own risk!

1: Go to File Explorer for C: drive

2: Search for DownloadedPuzzles

3: Your list of puzzle collections should be there.

4: Delete the collections you are finished with.

5: Restart Jigsaw and they should be deleted.

i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. this had no effect. i ran the troubleshooter. this had no effect.

here's what happens:

1. i launch the app.

2. it loads, and gives me the page that allows me to select classic, jigsaw jam, or daily challenge.

3. no matter which option i pick, the screen shows the app loading, and before it completes loading i get a black screen, then a white screen with a rotating black loading cirle, then the app crashes.
