Help for lost jigsaw puzzels

I've lost half of my puzzels, and when I go to get them back it says I don't have enough points, even though I have 4 times the amount of the puzzel. How do I get them back?

Do the following at your own risk (however, it worked for me).

1) Go to File Explorer for C: drive

2) Search for "DownloadedPuzzles" (don't type " and it isn't case sensitive)

3) Your list of puzzle collections should be there.

4) Delete the collections you are finished with.

What version of Windows are you on?

If you have Windows 10, the quickest way is to go to the "Start" menu and right-click on Microsoft Jigsaw. Then select, "Uninstall".
