hello how to delete all backups of a game to start again from the beginning of the game?

I installed the crew in beta and by advancing in the game I bought used installing it I wanted to start again from the beginning how to do thank you in advance.

XBOX ONE ! Saved games lost in Cloud !

I had severals disconnections playing.

The support asked me to delete my account, and restarting the xbox. it changed nothing.

As my backups are on microsoft cloud (can't play with them offline) i tried to reset the xbox from factory.

After reinstalling the games i will never been able to retrieve my online backups....

Were are there? nobody knows....

Microsoft don't know how to manage a cloud? Why is it impossible to manage our online backups?

You tried to delete the backups? Otherwise I see no solutions except reimbursement.

Hello. What you can try is to highlight the game and press the Start button then choose Manage Game. From there you should be able to uninstall/delete the game save.

If that doesn't work then the saves may be stored on the developers server. If that's the case you may need to contact the developer to see about removing the save.

When I try to create a new part in "fable 2", the following message appears: " you have reached the maximum number of backup allowed on this storage device. To create a new backup you need to delete an existing backup or insert a new storage device". All
the backups in the game come from the cloud. I’ve tried to delete the data before. It doesn’t change anything. Backups are always there. Whether I play online or offline doesn’t change anything.

Recommendation: keep a copy of all your content on a usb flashdrive.

All your Gears stuff is stored locally, NOT on the servers.

That is simply because sadly it isnt solvable. The cloud is there as a backup. Without connection there is no backup. Therefore if the saves have gone they are sadly gone for good. If a save corrupted it could delete itself but no sadly I do not know
what what cause them all to delete.
