How to delete a Windows Store account

Or just your main account appears?

Try downloading the game from the Microsoft Store, first delete the temporary files from your PC, ignore the ones you can't, and then clear the store cache, restart your PC and try downloading the game again.

Clear store cache

windows key + r and type ''wsreset'' wait for the black screen to close and open the store automatically, it takes a while.

Clean your PC's temporary files

windows key + R and type %TEMP% and delete everything from the folder.

If the problem persists, try downloading the game using a local administrator account on your Windows. This link contains instructions on how to create the account.

Once you delete it, please do this:

Sign out from your Microsoft account on the Store and Xbox app, then:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

Try installing the app now and see how it goes

Need to remove a Windows 8 user account? Here's how to do it quickly.
