To reset your family passcode, please follow the steps below using an adult account:

- Please sign in to: https://account.microsoft.com/devices;

- Register your device using the serial number on the back of the console;

- On the devices page, locate your Xbox 360 console and click on Show details > Manage > Reset passcode. Follow the on-screen instructions and you'll be able to reset your family passcode.

hello, I forgot the password for parental control xbox 360 with 16767 dash, how do I reset this password?

What kind of password is this? If it is a LIVE password and NOT a parental password then he can reset the password by deleting his GamerTag off of the console (settings tab>system storage>find GamerTag and delete) and then redownloading it by pressing the
guide button and selecting "download profile". Let us know a little bit more please .

I am also having a similar problem. I have never had a parental account linked to my own, it was always just a parental password associated with my own account. It fills in my own email for the parent account on the xbox when i go to accept it but it wont
accept my password.
