How to delete 2nd profile, or at least logout and login to correct profile xbox companion...

Open the Xbox Companion App on your PC.

Click on the profile icon or your account picture in the top right corner of the app. This should open a drop-down menu.

From the drop-down menu, select "Sign Out" to log out of the current profile.

Once you're signed out, click on the profile icon again, and this time, select "Add or switch" to add or switch to a different profile.

You should see a list of available profiles associated with your Microsoft account. Select the profile you want to use or sign in with.

If you're not seeing your correct profile listed or if the Xbox Companion App still automatically logs you into the unintended profile, you can try the following additional steps:

Completely close the Xbox Companion App by right-clicking on its icon in the taskbar and selecting "Close window" or "Quit."

Open the "Settings" app on your PC by pressing the Windows key + I.

Navigate to "Apps" or "Apps & features" in the Settings.

Find the Xbox Companion App from the list of installed apps and click on it.

Click on the "Advanced options" link.

In the Advanced options, click on the "Reset" button. This will reset the app and clear any saved data.

Once the reset is complete, launch the Xbox Companion App again and try signing in with your correct profile.

You have to log out of the incorrectly logged in account on the console companion. Click on your profile, then select
Sign out from the menu just below your gamertag. Then log into the correct profile. That should change the login on Microsoft Jigsaw.

Hey there Gillion! This sounds like it might be a corrupt profile issue.

Let's try redownloading the profile to see if that yields any better results. To do that:

• Ensure that you have the correct login information for your profile.
• Delete your profile ONLY (do NOT delete profile and items).
  
• Clear your system cache.
  
• Restart your console.
• Download your profile.

Do you have a second profile on your XBox? it could be corrupt try deleting the 2nd profile update your XBox then recover the profile

Does the correct gamertag show up in the top right when you login to xbox.com?. Also you can try deleting / redownloading your profile to get the most current info from the Live Servers.
