    We have two wireless xbox headsets connected to my console. We want to be able to dedicate each headset to each profile/controller being used. For example. My headset connected to my controller/character and surroundings through my controller/profile while my wifes headset does the same for her player/controller/profile. We dont want to hear whats going for the other unless we are im close proximity. How can we set that up. Is it a real option? If not. This is my suggestion for a feature as a long time xbox user

    The problem is only on Fortnite with this controller. A different controller works fine with same headset. Player can hear the game but neither player can hear each other.

    How are you connecting your headset to the console, through the controller? Are you using the XBOX One headset adapter or something else, or the new controller which includes the 3.5mm jack? Do you have your audio settings configured to use the headset for
    gaming? Have you tried using Skype with the headset? You can dial the test echo number to check if it can hear you etc.

    Here is the issue that I encounter and how I work around it.

    Set Up:

    * I have my Xbox One wireless controller with Turtle Beach XO7 headset plugged into controller.

    * My Xbox One wireless controller is wirelessly connected to my Xbox One

    * I have no other controllers plugged in or online (either with my Xbox One or my PC)

    * I have no microphone plugged into my PC nor are any recording devices enabled or active on my PC

    On my Xbox One on the TV I turn on my controller and headset. I start up (or join) a party chat. I am able to chat normally and my party-mates are able to hear me.

    I start up Game Streaming to Windows 10 Xbox One Beta app. I am still using my wireless controller but all of a sudden my party-mates cannot hear me any longer.

    Work Around:

    I log my profile out of the Xbox One and then re-sign into my profile. I can then join or start a profile with my Xbox One controller headset working perfectly fine. All party-mates can hear me and I can hear them.

    I really hope Microsoft figures out a way to seamlessly transition party chat and Xbox One wireless controller + headset on the fly from non-streaming to Windows 10 streaming!

    The Headset works with Fortnite players on Xbox One but not players on PS4 or Nintendo Switch.
    I can hear them but they can't hear me. Can anyone explain this please?

    I have checked the Xbox profile and it's all set to allow everybody to communicate. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
