How to deal with it?

Hello Microsoft! I hope you have great time, and I have a question.

How do I sign out of the account let’s say my “1 account” and when i try to log out it is not popping up. And then I tried to like log in on the other account or “2 account” but it says that the “1 account” is still logged in on my PlayStation, and I forgot to mention is that the “1 account” I forgot my Email on this account.

So if you can reach out to me I would appreciate that!

Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

If you've reported them then they will be dealt with.Using a 2nd account to circumvent a suspension on a main account can even lead to a console suspension.

Best thing is to just block & report them.You can even go into your privacy settings & set communications to friends only.That way anyone you are not friends with can't send you messages or invites.I know that's probably not ideal but these types of people
get bored very quickly if you don't do what they want & you can revert your comms settings back to normal after a few days.

If it happens again then you should never join a party with people like this,just ignore them.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to unlink the account via the Microsoft once it has been linked;

You can also only link one Microsoft account per PSN account.

In this case, I recommend that you contact PlayStation Support to ask which Microsoft account your PS account is linked to, as only they have this information and see if they can help;

How do you know they had a comms ban? Other than a thank message that is rarely sent out if someone is suspended due to report you've filed then you are never told the results of any report you file.Even the thank you message will not give you any details.

Calling out gamertags is against forum rules,it's as simple as that.How do we know that these people have actually done what you say? And even if they have,the forums is not the place to report people.

As for ddos attacks,that is not down to microsoft or xbox to resolve as ddos attacks are done via your broadband/internet & not xbox live.

You would need to contact your isp about that.
