How to deal with a console version of a game suspension.

Is there any leads to where I can find answers to a console version of a game's suspension? This Sunday, I got suspended from console version of all Overwatch games and I have no leads to where to go. I even contacted Blizzard and still never heard from them. Honestly, I was never given a warning and I believe I was being scammed or something.

Game specific suspensions are only handled by the developers. You'll have to wait to hear back from Blizzard.

Unfortunately, if Xbox says that you cannot appeal the suspension because it is too short, then you cannot do anything about it, just wait. That's the bigger hint for me, why have that deal if the console launched before the 360 version of the game. I had forgotten about that

I think this is more of an issue that the game makers themselves would have to deal with, i'm not sure Microsoft can deal with in game resets or suspensions.

It's a great game on console, but I've gone back to the PC version, the 30 minus fps on console is a deal breaker for me sadly, plus I'm used to text chat
