How to correctly set up capture card for xbox one x and twitch use??

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. Unfortunately, in order to capture the party chat from the Xbox One to Twitch, you will need to use a capture card.

The steps when using:

1. Xbox One > Start Party
2. All settings > Display and Sound
3. Volume > Party chat output > Headset & speakers (this enables the voice to go through the HDMI and through the capture card and into your stream)

I don't have any experience with the capture cards, so I can't answer your question about streaming and hearing your teammate on the PS4. I just know capture cards can be used with the Xbox One X.

I do use a capture card as well as stream live to twitch but not from the xbox one. the capture card i use is hauppauge hdpvr. I also use turtle beach x42...i started this thread so microsoft will see that they left out a important feature....i hope they
do fix it soon
