    How to contact Xbox Enforcement?


    I was banned about 5 months ago for breaking the xbox conduct. I fully acknowledge this ban and understand why I was banned. I bought a brand new console and started a fresh account only for Microsoft to ban me again today for no other reason than because the account has a linked email associated with the previously banned account. Is there anyway I can contact someone at enforcement because this is targetting at its finest. Why would xbox support tell me to buy a new console only for them to ban me 5 months later after spending loads of money on my new account which I have followed the rules on?

    Hey there, Idk-♥️

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

    The only way to contact the Xbox Safety team would be to submit a case appeal. However, in your case, as you are reporting other players, the only way for you would be to continue reporting the player and their accounts.

    If you report the messages they send you, asking you to glitch/modify their account, this should allow the safety team to see what is happening. They do investigate all reports submitted to them and do take action. It just depends if they feel the user has gone against the Xbox Community Standards.
