How to contact Xbox enforcement. Wrongfully banned account

My main Xbox account was banned in 2019/2020 and I still don’t know why I’ve tried appealing enforcement never got back to me I’ve called support get turned away everytime. Is there seriously no way to contact enforcement? I feel like it’s just unfair to not at least get a reasoning as to why I was banned or what I evens did. I really would like for my account to get unbanned but from what I hear I have no hope. If that is truly the case I was wondering if I could Salvage something from my old account which is my GT. I’ve had it for years and if I really can’t get my account back can I at least get the gamer tag on another account. Is there a way Xbox/Microsoft can swap the gamertag over to another account. Ideally I would like the full account unbanned but I know of some circumstances where a gamertag gets force changed because it was offensive. So I thought it wouldn’t be out the question to do that on my banned and silver it on another account. Thank you.

You can't as the suspension is too old

You would need to have done it within a year of the suspension

Enforcement.xbox.com is the only way thru the case review

Support.has nothing to do with enforcement

I'm sorry for your issue.

There isn't a direct contact for Microsoft's Enforcement team. The only route is through case review. I'm not sure if they allow a new review now, considering the time that has passed.

Regarding your gamertag, it's tied to your account. Only if your account has been deleted, it's possible the gamertag becomes available again, but you can only check by creating a new account and trying to use the old name.

No No No no. what I'm saying is that if you were wrongfully console banned (A Mistake by Enforcement Team or Microsoft or Whoever) and the console ban is irreversible then they should owe you (The Console Ban victim) a shiny new xbox 360.

I'm aware of that, that's why I said I think it's unfair that you lose all the stuff you purchased along with the account. Do you not agree that when an enforcement member says that your account should be unbanned that it should be unbanned? Also if I get
banned from the forums for this I'll just move onto Twitter because people have to know about how faulty the enforcement team is and how to get by with a new account without rebuying your stuff. This forum is only to help people that have been wrongfully banned
and to expose Microsoft for having a faulty enforcement team.
