    How to contact Xbox Enforcement directly?


    Hey Xbox Forums,

    I am new to the forums and have came here seeking some help reaching out to Xbox Enforcement in regard to a serious issue. Here's the run down. Last night 12/22/2017 I let my little cousin play my Xbox. The next morning he told me he was being harassed by
    some other players. I decided to open the messages sent to him and a username who goes by the gamertag DrOpShOt2446 told him to kill himself/commit suicide. This is 100% unacceptable to be encouraging people to kill themselves and shouldn't be tolerated by
    Xbox. Below I have attached an image of the message received from DrOpShOt2446. I have already reported this user on the Xbox but I feel like the report function doesn't do much so I'm reaching out here. Sorry if this isn't the wrong section. Please help advice
    suicide is a very serious situation and nobody should be told to take their own life.

    How to contact Xbox Enforcement directly?

    You would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. That is the only way to alert them.

    Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    My best guess would be to contact
    Xbox Support     in this situation as this has happened to me awhile ago also. For the reason your icon might be getting removed, Xbox can be a tad bit
    extreme when it comes to handling icons, to the point that even minor things can cause it to be removed. Though it doesn't seem to be as extreme as they use to be.

    I have already. I'm unable to submit a case review because it doesn't give me the option. Also the only thing I received is a vague response that I have violated the Xbox guidelines with no other details or explanation of what I have done. This is an inferring process I'm trying to properly resolve.
