    If it's just an idea, I'm not sure if Xbox would be able to help you much. If you are a developer though and the game is being made you can register to the ID@Xbox system:

    you will need to contact the developers that you have interest in the game but you are a xbox user and would like to see on the console.

    some developers allow report to contact an email for ideas, some you can contact via twitter or website.
