    How to contact microsoft when "request a call" and "Chat" Dont Work...


    I am attempting to contact microsoft given the means they provide however whenever I attempt to request a call or chat I just get a virtual assistant screen that I cant type in and that does nothing even after multipul minutes of being open.... Microsoft has charged me twice in the same month for game pass and communication is impossible. this is crazy.

    Sorry to hear it. Please log in to https://support.xbox.com and click on Contact Us. You'll be taken to the virtual agent where you can request to speak to an agent.

    Here, just ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate.

    If you still have problems with the virtual agent please either clear your browser's cache or try a different browser. Chrome and Edge are both good browsers to try

    When you go to Http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
    click no thanks to the virtual assistant to be given other options of contacting support including chatting with themand requesting a call back. If you dont see those options, change your topic.

    You would have to go to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us to request a call back or chat with support. These forums are community based so we don't work for Microsoft.
