Support no longer uses email. You can chat with them at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us but that promotion is only for new subscribers. Since you already used it, even though you cancelled it, you would no longer be eligible and would have to pay regular price.

If someone can't use it because it doesn't work so cancels it, they should be able to take advantage of it again as the system would show no games had been downloaded etc. That's how I see it anyway...and, yes, I realise you have nothing to do with these decisions.

Companies used to be so much more useful when it comes to issues and such...I still remember, back in 1998, my flatmate got the old AOL 50 hours free trial then went away for Christmas...he comes back to find I'd used his entire 50 hours up!! One phone call later after explaining what happened, they let him have another 50 hours as he hadn't been able to utilise any of it. Oh, different times!!

Thanks for the answers, but the promotion you say was obtained with the first subscription, it is true, but now they have put it for everyone, at € 1 and 3 months as a promotion for E3 (they put it after E3), for the whole world, I did not change my account (I only have one), and they charged me € 1 again for 3 months, and what I described happened.

But thanks for the information, I find it hard to believe that they do not have email support ... but ok
