    I don’t understand my suspension?

    Yeah I filed an appeal but there’s no way to talk to a real person and if the automated system that flagged my post is the same automated system checking appeals I doubt anything will change. How can I get in contact with a real person? I know contact with a real person will remove my suspension

    You were on the right page to contact support via chat, you have to go through the virtual assistant and then you will be attended by a real person.
