    How to contact Microsoft about an order?


    I recently ordered an Xbox from Microsoft's website and when I go on the tracking on the website that Microsoft provided me it says it has finished shipping (no longer in transit), but it says it's on hold. When I try to contact the shipping company they
    say they can't say why because of an service agreement and to reroute everyone to contact Microsoft instead. So I've been searching for a few hours now and still don't know how to contact Microsoft about this, every time I try to contact them it doesn't even
    have a section of support for tracking or shipments. So how am I supposed to contact them about this???

    Microsoft Store Support Team    , so they can look into your recent orders and correct the situation. They should be able to set things right. :)
