i got banned by misunderstanding from forza horizon 5

A couple of Month ago, my google and microsoft accounts got hacked, including my Xbox account, i made the actions to get these accounts back, which i did, i went back to play FH5 i find out that my progession gets improved and my credit rises to the infinite, i thought that maybe some bug happened during the time when i lost my account, like what happened in fh5 during covid when we get 200 wheelspins, i didn't realize that someone who hacked it puts some mods and hacking in my account. im requesting to reverse and remove the ban from my account? because i never hacked a game or do cheat things on my xbox account, i still want to play online in fh5 because its the best game , and my history with the games is clean, as fh4 as an example

i'm struggling to play online in fh5 and its been more than 2 weeks, i'm sure someone hacked my xbox account and Mod my fh5. they even put my xbox account to sell it somewhere and i will leave a message from someone saw that deal

If you FH5 account is still banned but your Xbox account is now fine, only Forza Support will be able to resolve this. Xbox Support will have no access the Forza account side of things.
