How to contact Enforcement?

I'm trying to contact xbox enforcement due to a permanent ban on my account which isn't fair as I've had the account since around 2012 spent so much money and time on it and i cant lose it over something silly.
I've been using reshade on dead by daylight for roughly 3 years which dead by daylight and their community allow. However i owned it on the xbox games pass version for pc and saw there was a way to get reshade on the game pass version via a tutorial which i was happy for, i then used it for 3 years and ran into some performance issues on another game to which i was reset windows but choose to keep my files. im guessing that flagged some sort of auto ban having reshade in my dead by daylight files maybe?
What's worse is I'd been using it for 3 years so i used my 1 ban appeal to contact enforcement to ask why i had gotten banned. they give me a vague response with multiple reasons on why i could be banned, it wasn't until after about 1 week of being banned and losing my only appeal due to using it as a method of contacting them, i found out it was from reshade on dead by daylight, which devastates me to my core.
so anyway is there a way to contact Microsoft in any way to get another appeal or do anything about it? I'm not ready to lose my account
