    How to contact Enforcement?


    I was banned in 2014. "8 years ago" been trying for well over 100 hours in the last 8 years to get ahold of enforcement. I cant submit a case review because it says I was never banned even though I am. I have an Xbox Series X I was gifted and its just a massive paper weight for me. I would love to get ahold of someone to finally get this figured out. I had no bans on my record before was playing just fine from 2004 to 2014 and then banned. 8 years is insane to have to wait for customer support. I have been grabbing at strings for 8 years please can someone finally help me get my account back? also no Xbox I am not making a new one to give you more money when you never helped me in the first place. I really want to get my halo grind back on.

    No I am banned but even back then It never gave me any option to appeal and I sent the ladder half of 8 years trying to figure out why I am banned
