How do i get my appeal unlocked from perm banned im was banned for a reason but there is no suspension when i check and when i load my xbox i got banned for 1 week yet my ban hasnt been lifted and the timer continues to reset i contacted Microsoft help and they say supposedly its a perm ban yet noone wants to explain whats happening imma loose almost 9 years of games and account because of a mistake they cant seem to fix its been 2 months and yet they tell me to wait another 30 days

There is no way to contact the enforcement team unless you are eligible for a case review. Even with a case review, the enforcement team will not give out information on what they are doing regarding the other person. As long as you reported the other
person, they will also be investigated and the enforcement team will take the appropriate action.
