How to contact Bungie.net ??

I am having a problem with receiving my silver coins from Bungie.net. Microsoft collects my money, but no coins are added to my Destiny account. Anyone have a telephone number or email address that works in contacting Bungie? Microsoft cannot or will not
provide me with one. Thanks.

Have you already redeemed a code on Bungie.net? You might need to contact Bungie to get this issue sorted.

Destiny: Crucible Server Troubles

That's weird because there is normally an animal name at the bottom, Zebra, beaver, catipillar etc. There was a release by bungie about fixing your NAT to work with their game. Try searching the recent comments from the last patch on bungie.net. if you stil have issues contact bungie by twitter help page.

You could try contacting Bungie.net and see if they have a disc replacement program. However most programs like that are at a cost to you, not free.
