How to connect with kaspersky experts for support?

YOW! I would not suggest uninstalling Kaspersky, nor do I think every Kaspersky user (assuming the problem is specific to Kaspersky, which we do not know) in the world should have to deal with this problem simply because MS hasn't! However, without knowing
what I was doing, I moved the 3 problem game apps to "trusted" and that did not immediately solve the problem. What has worked, at least for now, is to disable Kaspersky, enter the Daily Challenge section of each game, then re-enable Kaspersky.

Hello again, try disabling Kaspersky and use Windows Defender for your Windows, or place Xbox Gaming Services as an exception in kaspersky.

I found out through backtracking previous stuff I had made changes with and it was my anti-virus (Kaspersky). I had disabled all apps from accessing the mic in Kaspersky settings. As soon as I re-enabled I noticed that Kaspersky reported specifically that: "Host Process for Windows Services is using the mic".

I recorded a clip from Theater and this time the sound was there!

Seems strange how the pc uses the mic to record internal audio though but guess that's how it works.

Well this might help others anyway who could run into this issue with their sound recording and anti-virus settings.

@Lyapiz seems to have found the last step that allows me to run Kaspersky and play the Daily Challenges. "Open the Kaspersky "Activity Programs", find Microsoft Mahjong, click on the "trusted" and select "User Settings", check all the check boxes in the
window that appears. Run daily quests game Mahjong" I had to do this for all the games that updated last week. I will try to contact Kaspersky today.
