So it will work if I connect my Xbox to my phones hotspot and use the mobile data on my iPad, we did test that out as well

My internet is poor quality, but if I use my phone as a router to share my mobile internet, and I connect the Xbox and the PC to the phone, the streaming is almost perfect. However, the speed of my mobile internet is worst than my home one...

This happens on both PC and Mobile phone.

I've tried using the same WiFi as my Xbox on my phone and my PC, and I've even tried using Mobile data on my phone. No dice. My Xbox is usually hooked up via Ethernet anyway, and even then it still doesn't work.

As for my current hookup on my Xbox, it is wired with an Open NAT type. My PC uses the same Ethernet connection (I use an Ethernet switch), so it also says my NAT type is open.

I did not understand, my friend. When you connected your console to your phone mobile data it started to download your games again?
