    Como subir de Anillo Delta a Alpha Y Doble de Puntos que no dan:

    Estoy inscrito en el Programa Xbox insider (actualmente en nivel 5 del anillo Delta), y no puedo llegar al anillo Alpha ya que no puedo subir de nivel, debido a que me inscribí tambien en el Programa Windows Insider, (con el que te darían doble de Xp al
    responder a encuestas y demas..) y no lo han hecho, por lo tanto estoy en nivel 5 a falta de 20 puntos (los que me habrian dado con el doble Xp) para subir a nivel 6, y asi despues poder tratar de subir al anillo Alpha como me gustaría. Por Favor Solucionenlo
    y espero nos den los puntos perdidos. Gracias.

    I am enrolled in the Xbox insider program (currently at level 5 of the Delta ring), and I can not get to the Alpha ring since I can not level up, because I also enrolled in the Windows Insider Program, (with which they would give you double Xp when responding
    to surveys and others ..) and have not done so, so I am in level 5 for lack of 20 points (those who would have given me the double Xp) to raise to level 6, and so after I could try to get on the Alpha ring as I would like. Please solve it and I hope you give
    us the missing points. Thank you.

    You just have to continue to be active in the program, take part in surveys, etc. but Alpha is also by invite only so you would have to wait to be invited into it by Microsoft.

    How do the Xbox One Update Preview rings differ and how do I change rings?

    There are four Xbox One Update Preview rings, which allow you control when and how often you will get early access to console updates. You’ll gain access to rings based on your activity as an Xbox Insider. If you’ve been invited to more than one ring, you
    can switch between them from the Xbox Insider Hub.

    The current Xbox One Update Preview rings are:

    • Alpha – Open on an “invite only” basis and receives updates at the earliest point in the preview window.
    • Beta – Open to Xbox Insiders with a Program tenure of 3 or more months and an Xbox Insider XP Level of 5 or higher. This ring receives updates shortly after Alpha.
    • Delta – Open to any Xbox Insider with a tenure of 1 or more months that has reached Xbox Insider Level 2 or higher. Depending on certain edge cases where further attention is required from Alpha or Beta rings, Delta Insiders may receive

    Now how would I access more surveys in the Hub? I've taken all available surveys in the last month or so and haven't received a new one for about two weeks. Is that normal?

    At this point in time, the shopping cart feature has been removed. I am in Alpha SA ring on my X and Alpha ring on my S. Just double checked the store and it is not there at the moment.

    Xbox One Updates

    If you're an Xbox Insider then you will get more updates as compared to others. Even as an insider there are 4 different rings - alpha, beta, delta and omega. Being in alpha ring will result in a lot of updates, and number of updates goes down as you reduce
    your level.

    If you do not want frequent updates you can unenroll from the program.
