How to clean xbox network, cloud from u removable manually screen shot

Hi, I have a problem to delete my screen shots from cloud, xbox network. When I remove them, I go back and they are there again. They appear in the console helper as well as the App on my mobile xbox. There is a way to clear the cloud. Thanks

Hello BartekPodniesinski1, Have you tried deleting captures via the Xbox Mobile App?

Download the App on Xbox then log in with the same account you use to play and capture and then go to Library and Captures.

For console players, you may need to change your DNS settings. The ideal DNS settings for GTA Online servers are: Primary 84.200.69.80 Secondary 84.200.70.40 Do adjust your DNS settings manually on Xbox One, go to the home screen, then Settings, Network, and then Advanced settings. From here you can go into your DNS settings and select Manual, to manually change the settings. Now, I do not know if this will actually work. It worked for SOME people.

No this has nothing to do with the cloud. This is in my Collection. I took screen shots but I can't figure out how to add screen shots in this forum. It only lets me add songs to now playing or new playlist. Why can't I add it to the garbage. None of this
crap shows up in my zune collections. It's like Xbox Music wants to force me to see INSYNC every time I log in to it. I got a free Christmas album like 10 years ago from Zune. Now Xbox Music won't let me delete it. Why doesn't Xbox Music allow a user to remove
songs from the main collection?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. It is possible to erase all the saved data for the game from the Xbox cloud and remove the game from the console. We have

an article on our website regarding the Xbox cloud. There is a portion of the article that explains how to delete saves that you don't want.

The console gives you an option to remove the saved data from the console or everywhere. Removing the saved data from everywhere will erase the saved data from the cloud and the console. This will have you start the game all over again. After
you complete this process, you can uninstall and reinstall the game for a clean installation. We hope this helps!
