How to Claim warranty on Cygnett power bank purchased using Xbox point ?

This link leads to a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the sites that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the sites before you decide to download and install it.

your power bank is outputting way to much power for the controllers to handle, some power banks are dodgy and is not recommended to play using a power bank connected. use batteries or rechargeable batteries or the official plug n play charge kit.

as you have used a third party power source that is not recommended then your warranty is null and void.

Thanks for the reply bud, the
manufacturer's warrantyinformation is posted on our website usually a year long from the original purchase. If any extended warranty was purchased any claims would have to be through the store it was purchased,
but like we previously stated the best thing to do at this point would be to get in contact with our Xbox Support Specialists.Thanks for keeping us posted!!

It says 7 month warranty on my device registration page. The purchase date they have is wrong. How do I submit the receipt I have so I can make a warranty claim?

You would need to contact an xbox support agent and provide proof of purchase with the purchase date visable to process any warranty claim if the device was indeed still in warranty
